No Guarantee of Employment

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all personal and professional information provided. Final documents should be reviewed thoroughly by the client before submission to any employer. EasyHired is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions based on client-provided information.
To ensure the best results, you agree to:

Be punctual for scheduled mock interview sessions

Dress appropriately for mock interviews (as you would for a real interview)
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyHired is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, missed job opportunities, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
All client information is handled with strict confidentiality. Reasonable security measures are taken to protect your data, but no online transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. Therefore, absolute data security cannot be guaranteed.
Independent Contractor Relationship
By using our services, you understand that EasyHired is acting as an independent contractor. No employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship is formed between you and EasyHired.
Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy
