The information, advice, and documents (resumes, cover letters, and other career-related materials) provided by EasyHired are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a guarantee of employment or job placement. While EasyHired strives to deliver high-quality, professional materials to support your job search, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the information for any particular outcome.
No Guarantee of Employment
The effectiveness of a resume or cover letter in securing interviews or employment depends on many factors beyond our control, including your qualifications, experience, the current job market, and employer hiring practices, and your interview performance.
Accuracy of Information: The quality of our deliverables depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.
EasyHired makes no guarantees regarding interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.
Client Responsibility
Provide accurate and complete information in the intake form
• Submit all supporting materials (current resume, job descriptions) upfront
• Respond to clarifying questions within 48 hours
• Review delivered materials within 7 days
• Submit any revision requests (if included in package) within 7 days
• Be punctual for scheduled mock interview sessions
• Dress appropriately for mock interviews (as you would for a real interview)
Clients are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all personal and professional information provided. Final documents should be reviewed thoroughly by the client before submission to any employer. EasyHired is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions based on client-provided information.
To ensure the best results, you agree to:

• Maintain professional communication throughout the process

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyHired is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, missed job opportunities, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
All client information is handled with strict confidentiality. Reasonable security measures are taken to protect your data, but no online transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. Therefore, absolute data security cannot be guaranteed.
We will never share your personal information, resume content, or career details with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Independent Contractor Relationship
By using our services, you understand that EasyHired is acting as an independent contractor. No employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship is formed between you and EasyHired.
Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy
Mock Interview Sessions:
• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund; one-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion
• No-show: No refund, no reschedule
Resume & Cover Letter Services:
• Before work begins: Full refund
• After work begins but before delivery: 50% refund
• After delivery:
- Essentials Package ($79): No refund, no revisions included
- Professional Package ($149): No refund, but 2 revision rounds included per package terms
- Complete Launch Package ($229): No refund, but 2 revision rounds included per package terms
- All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

• Priority 2-day delivery for resume and cover letter
COMPLETE LAUNCH PACKAGE - $229
• Everything in Professional Package
• Application review for 2 job applications
• Detailed feedback on each application
• Two rounds of revisions included (from Professional Package)
Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Payment must be received before work begins -

• Professional Package: Priority 2-day delivery of resume and cover letter
• Complete Launch Package: Priority 2-day delivery (inherits from Professional)
• Documents delivered via secure email in PDF and DOCX formats
• Essentials Package: One final delivery, no revisions included
• Professional & Complete Launch Packages: 2 rounds of revisions included
• All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Revision requests should be specific and clearly outlined in one consolidated email -
Mock Interview Services:
• Sessions conducted via video call (Zoom or Google Meet)
• Please arrive 5 minutes early with a stable internet connection
• Session notes and key takeaways delivered within 24 hours of session
• Dress professionally as you would for a real interview -
Application Review Services (Complete Launch only):
• Review of up to 2 complete job applications
• Feedback provided within 48 hours of submission
• Includes review of application answers, formatting, and alignment with job requirements
Revisions

ESSENTIALS PACKAGE ($79):
• Includes one final, polished delivery
• No revisions included in this package
• Minor typo fixes and formatting corrections provided at no charge (if errors were made by EasyHired)
• If you anticipate needing revisions, we recommend upgrading to the Professional Package ($149) -
PROFESSIONAL PACKAGE ($149):
• Includes 2 rounds of revisions for resume and cover letter
• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Each revision round includes all requested changes submitted together
• After 2 rounds, additional revisions may be available for an additional fee -
COMPLETE LAUNCH PACKAGE ($229):
• Includes 2 rounds of revisions for resume and cover letter (inherited from Professional)
• Same revision policy as Professional Package
• Application review feedback is final (no revisions on review itself) -
What Counts as a Revision:
• A "revision round" = one batch of feedback/changes submitted together
• All changes in one round are completed and delivered together
• Back-and-forth on individual items does not count as separate rounds
• Examples: rewording bullets, adding/removing achievements, changing formatting, tailoring to different job description -
What's NOT Counted as a Revision (Free Corrections):
• Typos or errors made by EasyHired
• Incorrect information we entered from your intake form
• Formatting errors or technical issues created by EasyHired
• Grammar mistakes in our writing
• These are corrected at no charge and do not count against revision rounds -
Revision Process (Professional & Complete Launch only):
1. Client receives initial delivery
2. Client reviews and submits all requested changes in one email within 7 days
3. EasyHired completes revisions within 24-48 hours
4. Revised documents delivered
5. Process repeats for round 2 if needed (Professional & Complete Launch only) -
All revision requests must:
• Be submitted within 7 days of delivery (requests after 7 days may be declined)
• Include specific, clearly outlined changes
• Be sent in one consolidated email (not multiple separate requests)
• Be reasonable in scope (complete rewrites may require new service purchase)
Intellectual Property

Your Content:
• You retain ownership of all personal information and content you provide to us -
Our Work:
• Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and usage rights to the resume, cover letter, and other documents we create for you
• You may use, modify, and distribute the documents as needed for your job search -
Portfolio Use:
• We may use anonymized samples of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing
• No personally identifiable information will be shared without your consent
Communication

• Primary communication will be via email
• Please check your spam/junk folder for our emails
• We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday)

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. -

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ventura County, California.
