Refund Policy

At EasyHired, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be requested.

Resume & Cover Letter Services

Timing/Refund Amount

Before work begins (within 24 hours of booking, before intake form review)100% refund

After work begins but before delivery 50% refund

After delivery of documents No refund - Revisions included per package

Note: If you are unsatisfied with your delivered documents, please use your included revisions before requesting a refund. We want to get it right for you!

Mock Interview Sessions

Cancellation Notice Policy

More than 24 hours before session Full refund or reschedule at no charge

Less than 24 hours before session No refund - One-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion

No-show (missed without notice)No refund, no reschedule

Package Services

For bundled packages (e.g., Resume + Cover Letter + Mock Interview):

  • Refunds are calculated based on the services not yet delivered

  • Individual service prices will be used to calculate partial refunds

  • If any service has been delivered, only the remaining undelivered services may be eligible for refund

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at easyhired@gmail.com with your request

  2. Include your name, booking date, and service purchased

  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

  4. We will respond within 48 hours

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Exceptions

  We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Services fully rendered as described

  • Fraud or abuse of our refund policy

  • Requests made after the revision period has expired (7 days from delivery)
