Refund Policy

At EasyHired, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be requested.

Resume & Cover Letter Services

Refund eligibility depends on the package purchased and timing of the request:

BEFORE WORK BEGINS (within 24 hours of booking, before intake form review):
• 100% Full Refund

AFTER WORK BEGINS BUT BEFORE DELIVERY:
• 50% Refund

AFTER DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS:

ESSENTIALS PACKAGE ($79):
• No refund issued
• No revisions included in this package
• Minor typo fixes provided at no charge if errors were made by EasyHired

PROFESSIONAL PACKAGE ($149):
• No refund issued
• 2 rounds of revisions included per package terms
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

COMPLETE LAUNCH PACKAGE ($229):
• No refund issued
• 2 rounds of revisions included per package terms
• Application review feedback is final
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Note: If you purchased the Professional or Complete Launch package and are unsatisfied with your delivered documents, please use your included revisions before requesting changes. We want to get it right for you!

Mock Interview Sessions


CANCELLATION POLICY:

MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE SESSION:
• Full refund or reschedule at no charge

LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE SESSION:
• No refund
• One-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion

NO-SHOW (MISSED WITHOUT NOTICE):
• No refund
• No reschedule
 

Package Services

For bundled packages (Professional and Complete Launch):

• Refunds are calculated based on the services not yet delivered
• Individual service prices will be used to calculate partial refunds
• If any service has been delivered, only the remaining undelivered services may be eligible for refund
• Resume and cover letter delivery are considered one combined service

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at services@easy-hired.com with your request
2. Include your name, booking date, and service purchased
3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
4. We will respond within 48 hours

Refund Processing

  • • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
    • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refun

Exceptions

EXCEPTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

• Services fully rendered as described
• Fraud or abuse of our refund policy
• Requests made after the revision period has expired (7 days from delivery)
• Repeated refund requests after services have been completed satisfactorily
